A Study: The way a Kannada Short Film becomes the Story, the Game, the Koothu and the Stage Drama of Children in the Tamil Context of Elam
Abstract
A Kannada Short film kiriya played a multiple dimensions in the Tamil context of Elam, as Children’s Story named as Kiriya, the form of Vadamodi Children’s Koothu named as Malaippalam and a school stage drama named Thalavurupootha. The underpinning concept and thought of gender equality is the reason behind to acquire these multi-dimensional artistic forms. As a voice of the worldwide artistic activism for the elimination of gender discrimination and to establish the equal human life, the Kannada short film kiriya was created. The purpose of this descriptive study is to find the causes for its multi-dimensional development as the Story, the Game, the Koothu and the Stage Drama of Children in the Tamil Context of Elam.
